We hope that you never want to cancel your account with us but we understand that sometimes we can't compete on all levels of service and sometimes there are other factors that might make you want / need to cancel your account.
If we can't reconcile any issues and keep you as a customer, you may cancel your account at any time in the client area by following these simple steps:
1) Login to the Client Area
2) Click the Services -> My Services link in the Nav Menu
3) Click the View Details Button
4) Click the Management Actions Tab
5) Choose Request Cancellation
